Collaborators
These are some songwriters with whom I’ve collaborated over the years. I approached each of them as writers because I thought they were really exceptionally gifted. So this isn’t just “a link”…it’s a personal recommendation. Check out their own solo stuff as well!
Paul Gentry (Belfair, WA)
After retiring from the Navy, Paul has taken a job in government. As the founder of of the Christian Music Content Association, this fine writer and vocalist has worked to promote quality indie music as well as his own band, Azimuth.
Dan Gray (Scottsdale, AZ)
Grays.net
Dan is a prolific songwriter and collaborator, as well as the driving force behind The Freedom Exchange, a popular songwriting collaborator’s message board.
John T. Hagius (Laurel, MD)
I had the pleasure of working with John on a number of songs which became personal favorites of mine. In recent years, I was contacted by someone who knew him and said that he had passed on. He is certainly fondly remembered here.
Larry Holder (Martin, TN)
Larry’s Songs of Praise and Worship
Larry writes almost exclusively in the praise and worship genres, and spends a lot of time collaborating with fellow writers around the world. His popular web site has seen a lot of traffic from fans of his terrific writing.
Ronnie Jeffrey (Woodland Hills, CA)
Little House Music Group
Ronnie makes his living as a studio musician in Southern California, but just as every actor wants to direct, he also wants to be the driving force behind the creation of the music as well.
Kent Newsome (Bellaire, TX)
Newsome.org
Kent is one busy guy. This husband and father of two is a lawyer and an adjunct law school professor. He writes in the country, folk, rock and blues genres under the publishing entity Err Bear Music.
Pamela Seagal (Singapore)
Pam’s MySpace
A young lyricist from the Far East, Pamela has invested a great deal of time and energy in learning her craft and networking with collaborators and publishing. And she’s already written some real gems.
Jim Turner (Sunbury, OH)
Songwriter, guitarist and vocalist Jim Turner quietly plies his trade creating sophisticated lyrics and melodies and playing a support role in leading worship at his home church.
